How do I book your services?You can Book one of our castles or services by calling us at 04 38 38 98 38. You can email us at info@jumpnwiggle.com or submit your request via our website contact us page.

Can I hire the jumping castle or the other services you offer for more than one day?Yes, you can hire the jumping castle or any of our hiring machines for more than one day at a discounted price but only by prior arrangement. There are some conditions that apply, mainly with products that involve electricity. Blowers, popcorn machines, fairy floss machine, lightning machines, and DJ systems and speakers must be unplugged and taken indoors at night.

How and when do I pay for hire service I am getting?Payment to be made on delivery of the hired products. We only accept cash payments, or internet banking transfer but payment need to be cleared before product delivered.

Are your units clean?Yes, all of our bouncy castles, equipments, machines, tables and chairs are cleaned before delivery. We ensure children are playing in hygienic, healthy, safe environments and for mums and dads we ensure you are using clean items.

How much space will I need for the castle?See sizes beside each of our castles you will need this space plus 1 meter each side of the castle more if there is a slide attached, for staking down, 2meter to the back of the castle to accommodate the blower and 1 meter to the front of the castle for safety.

How long will it take to set up/dismantle your castles?It will take about 15 minutes we are happy to setup castles and machines free of charge at time of delivery and do quick training on usage.

What happens if it rains during use of castle or machines I hired: disco lights, fairy floss machine, popcorn machine, speakers, tables, chairs, marquees, blowers ? "1- For the castles: All persons must be removed from castle; blower should be unplugged out and move indoors. If weather improves castle can be re inflated. 2- For Other equipments Party lights, fairy floss / pop corn machines and speakers. Extra car must be taken need to dismantle them and moved indoors if they have been used outdoors , all speaker cables , power cables and electric extensions must be removed from power outlet and packed taken indoors to avoid any electric shocks or electric hazards . 3- Chairs and tables: Since tables and chairs are of durable plastic materials, they are fine to be kept under the rain.

Why is an adult required at all times to supervise castles and hiring machines?Jumping castles & hiring machines that are used correctly are very safe. Improper use by the occupants such as climbing, running into each other, climbing the sides, horseplay not taking care of getting close to hot services or running motors can lead to serious injury. It is important that a responsible adult be in charge of firing items at all times to ensure that all safety rules are followed to prevent injury. For small fee, we can provide trained staff to run equipments and will take care of the whole equipments to prevent any damages or in appropriate operations on the hiring units. Ask about this service when you organize booking.

Can the bouncy castles & hiring equipments be set up indoors?Our jumping castles & hiring equipments can be set up outdoor or indoors providing can have a large area with ventilation and enough height to accommodate the setup.

What does your public liability insurance cover?Our public liability covers injuries caused by malfunction of units & machines or improper installation. It does not cover you for improper use or boisterous behavior. Adult supervision is required at all times. We will not be held personally responsible for any injuries. A correct use of equipment form must be signed prior to hire. You can arrange Additional personal injury cover through your home insurance.
