Hire Agreement and Disclaimer for Jumping Castles and Equipments
 

ï‚· Hirers Responsibility. The hirer shall be responsible for any claims or demands which may be made by any person against the owner whether for the damage to property, personal injury or for any cause whatsoever, in any way arising out of the use of the equipment by the hirer or any defect in the equipment.
 

ï‚· Waiting time. The hirer shall be responsible for the costs associated for any amount of unreasonable waiting time by our staff on site.
 

 Underground services. All underground services or pipes, affecting the installation of marquee pegs are to be revealed to our staff by the hirer. Any damage to these utilities or services shall be repaired at the hirer’s expense.
 

ï‚· Damage to hired goods. Please treat the goods as you would your own. The hirer shall be responsible for any loss or damage, and shall be asked to make payment for these damages. Full payment should be made by hirers for any repairs made from damages caused to machines/equipments supplied By Jump N Wiggle Company and may be deducted from the security bond left by the hirer.
 

ï‚· Cancellation. Any cancellation by the hirer before the hire date will mean the payment of any deposit will be forfeited to Jump N Wiggle Company .
 

 Alterations or adjustments to Jumping Castles / equipments provided . The hirer shall instruct our staff clearly, as to the requirements for instillation and layout of the equipments/machines and inflatable’s provided . Upon completion, the signing of the contract is acceptance of the inflatable’s , equipments & machines installations and any changes after that time shall be at the hirer’s expense. The hirer is warned not to make any alterations to; all alterations to the inflatable’s , equipments & machines hired are to be made by Jump N Wiggle company. Any alteration by unauthorized individuals may render the inflatable’s , equipments and machines in an unsafe state.
 

ï‚· Consequential Costs or Damages. It is agreed by the hirer that Jump N Wiggle company shall not accept any consequential costs or damages arising from the failure, delay, bad weather or malfunction of any equipment of Jump N Wiggle hire , hired by the hirer. The hirer shall take precautions to ensure alternative arrangements are made in such a situation.
 

ï‚· Payment. All payments are to be made at or before delivery unless pre-arrangement has been made .


The Hirer shall ensure their guests and users of the hire equipment are aware of these conditions and their proper use. An adult must supervise all children using, or in the vicinity of any equipment at all times. It is a condition of hire that the hirer follows all the following precautions and uses all equipment in a safe and responsible manners. a) Chairs. All chairs have been designed for use as a chair only. It should be used with the weight of one person distributed over all four legs. Do not stand on the chair or use on slippery surfaces. Children must be supervised at all times. b) Tables. Do not stand on tables. Ensure all legs are locked in place when assembling tables. Ensure tables are placed on an even and stable surface. Do not store tables in unstable stacks. c) Marquees. Marquees erected by Jump N Wiggle must not be altered or moved without the permission and supervision of Jump N Wiggle Hire. The hirer is to ensure adequate lighting is provided in and around the marquee to ensure the safe passage of users. Pegs, poles and weights around the marquee must be safe guarded by the hirer to prevent injury to other persons. d) Pop Corn Machine: Pop corn machine has been designed for commercial use and run by adult . Under no circumstance kids to run or use the machine . Its adult responsibility to run and maintain the machine . extra care need to be taken especially on hot surfaces . when raw pop corn has been delivered with relevant butter and salt its adult responsibility to supervise the use of the materials as if reached by children it can cause serious injuries. e) Fairy Floss Machine: Fairy floss machine has been designed for commercial use and to be run by adults. Care should be taken when preparing the fairy floss . Training will be conducted upon delivery of the machine and should be adhered to . Under no circumstance sticks should be placed on the hot surface pot of the machine. Extra care should be taken especially near hot spinning wheel , as it can cause serious injury for improper usage. f) DJ speakers and Lighting. All DJ equipments machines should be looked after and not to be moved once installed. Stands are made of heavy duty material and if force toward them machines can fall down and cause damages and injury for the kids/adults due to heavy weight of the equipments. Extra care must be taken and all equipments need to be constantly supervised by adult who “Jump N wiggle Company “will conduct the training to upon installation of the machines .


For your information, safety and enjoyment we recommend the following:
1. Inflatable castles has an age limit of 14 years. Please ensure that no one over this age uses the inflatable especially adults. This is due to safety, manufacturing and insurance reasons.

2. A responsible adult must supervise children at all times whilst on the inflatable.

3. Please do not allow anyone on the inflatable whilst inflating/deflating.

4. Children are not allowed to climb, sit or hang on the inflatable walls.

5. Do not allow children to bounce on the front safety step. The safety step is to assist users in getting on/off safely.

6. Ensure the inflatable is not overcrowded. Limit the number of users to allow enough room for each child to play safely. Try to avoid small and large children using the inflatable at the same time.

7. All shoes, badges and jewelry must be removed. We also recommend spectacles be removed.

8. No food or drinks to be consumed whilst on the inflatable to avoid both mess and possibility of choking.

9. No party poppers, colored streamers or silly string as these make a terrible mess and can stain the inflatable for which you will be liable for payment to clean or repair.

10. No Sharp Objects, smoking, fires or barbeques to be used near the inflatable.

11. No pets to be allowed on the inflatable.

12. It is advisable to ensure that no one with any history of back or neck problems use the inflatable.

13. In the event of heavy rain, it is strongly recommended that the inflatable is switched off, all electric cables and extension are to be removed away for safety reasons and ensure blower kept in dry place. When safe to re-use switch back on the blower and towel dry any remaining wetness before allowing children back on.

14. Water fights are fun but do not spray water near the electric blower.

15. Occasionally check that the inflatable is still securely pegged down.

16. Never switch the blower on and off whilst the inflatable is in use.

17. If the inflatable fails for whatever reason, evacuate immediately to prevent injury, and call us immediately on 04 38 38 98 38 to report the fault.

18. Please remember if the inflatable castle or equipments hired are dirty or damaged when collected the hirer is liable for the full repair or cleaning costs , for cleaning incur $70 fee non refundable and for repairs a full fee payable upon presenting the invoice by the services or repairer company . In event of damage items and they are not repairable full retail cost of the item is to be payable by hirer immediately.

19. No signs or banners to be taped/glued to castle.

20. Make sure nothing is obstructing the blower or that the blower tub has not become detached

21. Do NOT move this unit from where it has been set up. Never use a unit anywhere near a swimming pool.

 

INSURANCE Public Liability insurance is in place should Jump N Wiggle Company be in anyway negligent in the set up of units or should any equipment be in anyway responsible for any injuries due to faults in the equipment or during the set up process. Jump N Wiggle or its owners are NOT responsible for the actions of the children using the inflatable/ bouncy castle and hiring equipments provided. The person hiring the inflatable Unite and hiring equipments from Jump N Wiggle should be aware that insurance through the house policy is recommended to insure all children using the inflatable/ bouncy castle and hiring equipments.

 

DISCLAIMER Please note all persons using the inflatable/bouncy castle and equipments hired from Jump N Wiggle do so at their own risk. The person(s) or organization hiring the inflatable/ bouncy castle and hiring equipment will be responsible for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use of the units and hired equipments. These guidelines are for the safety of all users and it is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure that these rules are adhered to at all times. (Jump N Wiggle) cannot accept responsibility for any injury caused to anybody using our hired equipment I have read the above agreement and fully understand and accept the conditions of use as above. I am aware that while in my care I am fully responsible for the children using hired equipments and the inflatable/bouncy castle itself. I will pay for any loss or damage that may occur this includes the inflatable and any equipments hired being returned in an unacceptable condition i.e., if it is dirty or muddy condition. I will be expected to pay an additional $70 cleaning charge or the relevant fees for repairing or replacements of the equipments hired.


I hereby agree to abide by the terms and conditions listed above and all equipment will be returned in the same condition as the start of hire.
